The Mission of Pyareo Home *
Our mission is to provide a
dignified and caring living environment for the disabled and elderly, and to
promote their autonomy, health and general well-being.
Residents, staff and volunteers
are expected to support a simple, meditative and healthful way
of life, and a vegetarian diet, free of alcohol and tobacco.
These form the cornerstones of the lifestyle at the facility.
* In the Hindi language, Pyareo means "dear
ones" or "beloveds". The name thus
reinforces the ideal of respectful service in all aspects of
running Pyareo Home. |
